PTO Meeting **Allocations**

As a community, we have been working hard all year to raise funds to meet our 2018-19 PTO budget. As a result of Cottonwood community’s hard work and generosity this year, we have not only met, but surpassed our budget!

For the 2019-20 school year, the PTO will continue to fund Teaching Assistants, magazine and online subscriptions, school-wide enrichment programs (in-school field trips), field trip transportation and various other areas that comprise the budget. THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE COTTONWOOD COMMUNITY FOR HELPING US REACH OUR GOAL!

In addition to meeting our budgeted expenses, we are very fortunate to be able to allocate surplus funds to benefit our students for the upcoming year. We will be voting on allocations requests WEDNESDAY, MAY 15TH at 6:30PM. We are finalizing our financial statements and will have a detailed report of our results at the PTO meeting on May 15TH.

As members of the Cottonwood Creek PTO, you are invited and encouraged to participate in this meeting.  A variety of requests have been made by grade-level and specials teachers, the STEM team, and parents.  By way of a silent vote, we all have a voice to determine how the money will be allocated throughout the school.

In order to vote, you must attend this meeting. No absentee or proxy ballots are available.
